Bypass pruning shears use two blades that pass one another like scissors, producing a cleaner cut on living stems than an anvil-style tool that crushes material against a flat surface.
That cleaner cut is the reason bypass shears are a good general-purpose choice for routine pruning. Anvil pruners still have a place, particularly with dry or dead material, but they solve a slightly different problem.

A small wet/dry vacuum fills the gap between a household vacuum and a full-size shop machine. It can pick up sawdust, gravel, spilled water, debris from a car, or the mess left after a minor plumbing repair without asking your regular vacuum to handle material it was never designed for.
The compact versions are especially useful when storage matters. You give up some capacity, but for occasional cleanup the smaller size often means the tool actually gets used.

Jigsaw blades vary in tooth size, tooth direction, material, width, and set. Those differences affect cutting speed, curve radius, finish, and material compatibility.
Travel
Packing cubes do not create more luggage space by magic. Their real advantage is organization: clothing stays grouped, compressed enough to remain tidy, and easier to move in and out of a suitcase without disturbing everything else.
They are most useful when you unpack repeatedly during a trip or share a suitcase. If you already pack lightly and stay in one place, they may solve a problem you do not have.
