Automotive
A torque wrench is not mainly about making a fastener tight. It is about making it the specified amount of tight. That matters when too little clamping force can let something loosen and too much can stretch threads, distort parts, or damage a fastener.
For jobs such as wheel lugs, spark plugs, and many engine or suspension fasteners, the torque specification is part of the repair procedure rather than an optional finishing touch.
Travel
Packing cubes divide a suitcase into stable groups so clothing does not remix every time the bag is opened.
Kitchen
A fine rasp-style grater shaves ingredients into very small, light particles instead of producing the larger strands made by most box graters. That makes it especially good for citrus zest, hard cheese, nutmeg, garlic, ginger, and other ingredients where you want fine dispersion.
A box grater is more versatile for shredding larger amounts of cheese or vegetables. A microplane earns its place by doing one fine-grating job exceptionally well.

A dead-blow hammer contains loose shot or another internal mass that continues moving after impact, reducing rebound while adding momentum to the strike.
