This funky looking little number is actually a really cool Bluetooth speaker that everyone will fall in love with the minute they get their hands on it. There’s a lot to like here, from the wonderfully ergonomic design to the bass-enhancing rear-ported speaker design.

Excellent Sound Kicks Off a Slew of Nice Features

First off, this little puppy has some serious pipes! It can bark as loud as the neighbor’s dog and do it all day long with it’s killer battery life. We’ll talk about that later.

It seems to have a very good dynamic range and is hobbled only by the natural resonant characteristics of the plastic housing that it’s build in. Bass response is pretty good due to the rear-ported speaker design. One can easily confirm significant speaker travel when the volume level is put to the test.

Good Battery Life Keeps this Bluetooth Speaker Going All Day

It takes me about two days to run down the battery. If I charge every night, I can count on having tunes or podcasts all day long and at any volume I want. I do make it a point to turn off the LED light bar to conserve battery if I know I’m going to be out all day and want the battery to last.

Recharging happens fairly quickly with a standard USB-C charging cable. It has been happy charging with every charger and cable combination that I have thrown at it. Easy charging is a must and this one delivers.

Excellent Ergonomics Make this Bluetooth Speaker Easy to Handle and Operate

The shape appears a little strange at first, but you’ll warm up to it pretty quickly. The big handle makes it super easy to carry it around the shop or garden while wearing heavy work gloves. For that reason, this is now my favorite “work radio”. When I go in the field, it goes with me, and so far it has held up beautifully.

I really enjoy using this Bluetooth speaker. It has a TF/MicroSD card slot, and an auxiliary audio input so you plug it in to devices like older iPods, Zunes, or portable radios. This thing is a winner and I really like it. Recommended for anyone on your gift list.
